How to replace your Garmin Forerunner 230 or 235 watchband:
- Remove the watchband tools and parts from the packaging.
- Loosen the screw on one side of the band keeping the other side tight so it does not spin.
- Once the long screw that goes throw the watch is loosened unscrew the screw until the watch band can be removed.
- Repeat this process until the entire watchband has been replaced.
- You have now replaced the watch band on your Garmin Forerunner 230 or Garmin Forerunner 235.
