Follow the steps below to Fix Roblox App Error This experience is unavailable due to your account settings:

  1. Open the Roblox mobile app on your iPhone or Android phone.
  2. Login to your Roblox account.
  3. Select the circle with 3 dots in the bottom right of Roblox then select Settings.
  4. Once in the Roblox settings, select Privacy.
  5. Ensure Account Restrictions are disabled and toggled off.
  6. Once you have turned off account restrictions select Parental Controls in the settings menu.
  7. If you have a pin enabled ensure 13+ is selected for Allowed experiences.
