Follow the steps below to fix Minecraft launcher not opening:
- Reboot your computer.
- Right click the Windows start button in the bottom left of the screen and select App and features.
- Find and select the Minecraft launcher then select Advanced options.
- Under the Minecraft launcher advanced options select Repair.
- Reboot your computer again then try opening Minecraft.
