Follow the steps below to make Google Chrome the default browser in Windows
- Open the Google Chrome browser.
- Open the Chrome settings by first selecting the 3 dots icon in the top right of Chrome and then selecting Settings in the menu.
- In the settings search Default Browser.
- Select Make Default.
- The Windows settings will open, find Web browser and select the current default browser. In the new list find Google Chrome.
- You have now set Google Chrome as the default browser for Windows 10. You can close both the Windows and Google Chrome settings.
