- Open the Facebook app on your iPhone or Android phone.
- In the app open the Facebook menu by select the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right of the app.
- Select the Gear in the top of the app to open the settings.
- Once in the settings select See more in Accounts Center.
- Select Personal details.
- Select Account ownership and control then select Deactivation or deletion.
- Choose the Facebook account you want to Delete.
- Make sure Delete account is selected then select Continue.
