- Select the profile icon in the bottom right of the Threads app.
- Once on your Threads profile select the 2 horizontal lines in the top right of the Threads app.
- In the menu select Account.
- Select Deactivate profile.
- Confirm you want to deactivate your Threads account by selecting Deactivate Threads profile.
