How to leave a group on Facebook? In this tutorial, I show you how to leave a Facebook group in the Facebook app in your iPhone or Android phone. This means you can remove yourself from a Facebook group, so you no longer get notifications from that groups.
Leave a Group on Facebook (Video Tutorial):
Follow the steps below to leave a group on Facebook:
- Open the Facebook app on your iPhone or Android phone.
- In the app open the Facebook menu by select the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right of the app.
- Select Groups.
- Select Your Groups in the top menu.
- Find and select the Facebook group you want to leave.
- Once on the Group page, select Joined.
- In the menu, select Leave Group.
- Confirm that you want to leave the Facebook group by select Leave Group.
