Follow the steps below to cancel Roblox premium subscription:
- Open a browser on your computer, Chromebook, or mobile phone and navigate to https://Roblox.com/.
- Login to your account.
- Open the Roblox settings by selecting the gear in the top right of the Roblox website.
- In the left menu select Billing.
- Select Cancel Renewal.
- Confirm that you want to cancel your Roblox premium membership.
- Enter the reason you are canceling your Roblox premium membership.
