Getting ready for a Norwegian Cruise?!!? In this review and demo, I show you around the Norwegian iConcierge app. This app uses the cruise ship WiFi to allow you to make reservations, view your account spending, send text messages to people on the ship, and even call your fellow cruisers.

I found the app worked very well and the WiFi on the ship had good coverage. The cost for access to this app was only $9.99 for a 7-day cruise. This price might be different for cruises of different lengths.
Quick note about the internet on Norwegian cruise ships. Norwegian does not have the same awesome internet plans that Carnival offers. They only offer internet that is charge by the minute, at almost $1 per minute, or packages of minutes for a discount. Hopefully, in the future, Norwegian adds packages for internet that are more affordable.
