Follow the steps below to try and solve any webcam issues in Google Meet preventing your camera video from working:
- Ensure Video is turned on in Google Meet.
- Make sure your webcam is plugged in and turned on.
- Ensure you have the correct webcam selected in Google Meet
- Ensure your webcam is not being used by any other applications or tab on your PC, Macbook, or Chromebook. I recommend closing any apps on your computer that do not need to be open.
- Try connecting your webcam to another USB port.
- Restart your computer, laptop, or Chromebook.
