Follow the steps below to update your Amazon Fire TV Stick:
- From the home screen of your Amazon Fire TV scroll to the gear all the way to the right.
- Once on the gear scroll down and select My Fire TV.
- Select About.
- Scroll down and select Check for Updates.
- Your Fire TV Stick will now check for any firmware updates. If one is available you will see Install Update. Select Install Update.
- Your Fire TV Stick will then install the update and reboot.
