Follow the steps below to try and solve any webcam issues in Zoom preventing your camera video from working:
- Ensure Video is turned on in Zoom.
- Make sure your webcam is plugged in and turned on.
- Ensure you have the correct webcam selected in Zoom
- Ensure your webcam is not being used by any other applications on your PC. I recommend closing any apps on your computer that do not need to be open.
- Try connecting your webcam to another USB port.
- Restart your computer or laptop.

Thanks for the webcam issues for zoom video. My camera works when I initiate the zoom call. But If I click on a link in an email for a group zoom the camera doesn’t work. For the dropdown spot to choose the webcam options- there is only one option. Face time.
