How to Reset the User Settings on the Garmin Instinct:
- Hold down the Menu button to open the Menu.
- Once the Menu opens, scroll down (using ABC button) and select Settings (using the GPS button).
- Once the Settings open, scroll all the way down and select System.
- In the System settings, scroll down and select Reset.
- To Reset your User Settings on the Garmin Instinct, Select Reset Default Settings.
- Your User Settings are now wiped, but you should still have your saved Activities!
How to Factory Reset the Garmin Instinct:
- Hold down the Menu button to open the Menu.
- Once the Menu opens, scroll down (using ABC button) and select Settings (using the GPS button).
- Once the Settings open, scroll all the way down and select System.
- In the System settings, scroll down and select Reset.
- To factory reset your Garmin Instinct, select Delete Data and Reset Settings.
