How to Download Instagram Videos, Stories, and Pictures (Video Tutorial):
Follow the steps below to download Instagram videos:
- Go to the post on Instagram of the video you want to download.
- Select the 3 dots in the top right of the post and select Copy Link.
- Open the browser on your PC or phone and navigate to https://inflact.com.
- Open the menu by select the 3 horizontal lines in the top right of inflact.com. If you’re on a desktop, select Tools.
- Select Video, under Instagram.
- Paste the link from Instagram into the field next to search and then select Search.
- Select the Download link to download the video.
Follow the steps below to download Instagram photos:
- Go to the post on Instagram of the picture you want to download.
- Select the 3 dots in the top right of the post and select Copy Link.
- Open the browser on your PC or phone and navigate to https://inflact.com.
- Open the menu by select the 3 horizontal lines in the top right of inflact.com. If you’re on a desktop, select Tools.
- Select Photo, under Instagram.
- Paste the link from Instagram into the field next to search and then select Search.
- Select the Download link to download the photo.
Follow the steps below to download Instagram stories:
- Open the browser on your PC or phone and navigate to https://storysaver.net.
- Enter the Instagram username of the account that posted the story you want to download then select download.
- If required, complete the captcha to prove you are not a robot.
- Once completed the stories will then load. Select Save as Photo or Save as Video to download the story.

You have to copy and paste the link of the image you need to download, and you can save that image on your PC, mobile, laptop, or any device you own.
